1.Purpose & Spirit

The 7000 RPM Leadership Institute™ community — including forums, cohort messaging, events, and all platform interactions — is a space for formation, learning, and mutual support. These guidelines exist to protect the integrity, safety, and relational health of that community.

We hold one another to the standard of the leaders we are becoming: not perfection, but respect, accountability, and care for others.

2.Respectful Engagement

All community members are expected to:

  • ·Engage with others respectfully, even in disagreement
  • ·Use language that honors the dignity of every person
  • ·Offer feedback constructively and receive feedback humbly
  • ·Refrain from personal attacks, insults, or disparaging comments
  • ·Avoid language or content that demeans individuals or groups based on race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, or other characteristics
  • ·Consider the impact of words before posting — written communication lacks tone

3.Confidentiality Expectations

The formation environment requires trust. Members are expected to:

  • ·Keep personal disclosures shared within cohort or group settings confidential
  • ·Not share other members' personal information, stories, or struggles outside the platform without their consent
  • ·Respect the privacy of fellow members in forum discussions
  • ·Not screenshot, record, or redistribute cohort session content or private messages without written consent
  • ·Report confidentiality concerns to Institute staff rather than addressing them publicly

4.No Harassment or Harmful Conduct

The following behaviors are prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the platform:

  • ·Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
  • ·Sexual harassment, inappropriate messaging, or unsolicited advances
  • ·Threats, violent language, or content that promotes harm
  • ·Stalking, repeated unwanted contact, or persistent inappropriate behavior
  • ·Targeting or retaliating against individuals who report concerns
  • ·Distributing hate speech, extremist content, or content designed to incite harm

5.Content Standards

When posting in forums, cohort spaces, or other community areas:

  • ·Keep content relevant to the purpose of the space
  • ·Do not post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited commercial content
  • ·Do not post content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
  • ·Do not share content that is sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or otherwise inappropriate
  • ·Do not post content that misrepresents facts, spreads misinformation, or impersonates others
  • ·Do not share Institute exam questions, assessment content, or answer keys

6.Reporting Concerns

If you observe a community member violating these guidelines:

  • ·Use the "Report" feature available on forum posts and messages where applicable
  • ·Contact Institute staff directly at info@7000rpm.com
  • ·Do not escalate publicly or engage in counter-attacks — allow Institute staff to investigate
  • ·All reports are reviewed in confidence by designated Institute staff
  • ·False reports made in bad faith are themselves a violation of community guidelines

7.Moderation & Enforcement

Institute staff and designated moderators reserve the right to:

  • ·Remove content that violates these guidelines without notice
  • ·Issue warnings for first-time or minor violations
  • ·Suspend platform access for repeated or serious violations
  • ·Permanently remove a member from the platform for severe or ongoing violations
  • ·Revoke certification or deny certification based on conduct violations
  • ·Refer conduct to appropriate legal authorities where warranted

Enforcement decisions are made at the Institute's discretion. Members may submit a written appeal to info@7000rpm.com within 15 days of an enforcement action.

8.Alignment with Institute Values

Participation in the 7000 RPM community is a privilege that comes with responsibility. These guidelines are an expression of the values of Responsibility, Purpose, and Mission that define the Institute's framework. Members are expected to embody these values in how they engage with one another.

The goal is not compliance for its own sake — it is formation. We hold one another to a higher standard because that is what leaders do.

Legal Notice: These guidelines are a professional placeholder. They should be reviewed by legal counsel and Institute leadership before serving as enforceable community policy.
