Assessment & Exam Policy

Governing the administration, security, scoring, and review of all Institute assessments and discipline exams.

Last Updated: April 2026v1.0 — Pending Review

Professional Placeholder — Pending Legal Review. This document is a professional draft for operational guidance. It should be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel, and where applicable, by a licensed clinical professional, before publication as a final policy.

1.Purpose of Assessments

Assessments and discipline exams at the 7000 RPM Leadership Institute™ serve two primary purposes:

  • ·Formation alignment: to help candidates understand their leadership development stage and recommended program pathway
  • ·Certification eligibility: to evaluate mastery of the knowledge and frameworks required for certification at each tier

Assessment results are developmental tools, not absolute performance grades. They are reviewed holistically alongside all other certification requirements.

2.Assessment Types

The Institute administers the following assessment types:

  • ·Leadership Heart Alignment Assessment — Initial formation assessment for all candidates, used for curriculum placement
  • ·Leadership Formation Exam (CLFA™ discipline)
  • ·Relationship Formation Exam (CRLP™ discipline)
  • ·Discipleship Formation Exam (CRLF™ discipline)
  • ·Practicum reflection assessments — Evaluated as part of the 90-day practicum

3.Answer Key Confidentiality

Answer keys, scoring rubrics, and examiner notes are strictly confidential. They are never shared with candidates, members, or any unauthorized party.

Candidates are provided with their result summaries and feedback as approved by the Institute administration, but not with the assessment answer keys themselves. This confidentiality is essential for the ongoing integrity of the certification process.

  • ·Seeking or sharing answer keys is a violation of Institute policy and academic integrity standards
  • ·Requests for answer keys will be denied
  • ·Discovery that a candidate has accessed or distributed answer keys may result in immediate disqualification and certification revocation

4.Result Review Process

Assessment results undergo the following review process before release to candidates:

  • ·Assessment answers are received and flagged for admin review
  • ·Designated Institute reviewers evaluate responses for completeness and integrity
  • ·Results, recommendations, and narrative summaries are prepared and optionally enhanced using AI-assisted drafting tools
  • ·Results are reviewed and approved by a designated administrator before release
  • ·Candidates are notified when results are available in their portal

Results are released at the discretion of Institute administration. The Institute does not commit to specific result turnaround times.

5.Result Access & Privacy

  • ·Only the candidate and authorized Institute staff can view individual assessment results
  • ·Assessment results are not visible to other members, cohort peers, or the general public
  • ·Admin notes on assessment results are never visible to candidates
  • ·Assessment data is maintained separately from licensed counseling records

6.Retakes

Retake eligibility for discipline exams is determined by Institute administration and communicated on a case-by-case basis. Retake availability depends on:

  • ·The specific exam and certification tier
  • ·The candidate's program standing
  • ·Time elapsed since the original attempt
  • ·Completion of any required additional formation work

Automatic retakes are not guaranteed. Retake decisions are made solely at the Institute's discretion.

7.Academic Integrity

All candidates are expected to complete assessments independently and honestly. The following constitute academic integrity violations:

  • ·Sharing exam questions, answer choices, or specific assessment content with others
  • ·Using unauthorized resources during proctored or timed assessments
  • ·Submitting responses that are not your own original work
  • ·Seeking out or purchasing answer keys or exam guides
  • ·Misrepresenting your identity when completing an assessment
  • ·Attempting to access the admin answer key or scoring system

Violations of academic integrity may result in immediate disqualification from the certification program, forfeiture of all fees, and revocation of any previously granted credentials.

8.No Sharing of Assessment Content

Candidates who complete assessments agree not to reproduce, share, or distribute any assessment content — including question text, response options, scoring scales, or scenario descriptions — by any means, including social media, messaging platforms, email, or verbal discussion.

Violation of this provision is a breach of the Institute's Intellectual Stewardship Policy and Terms of Use.
