Before Your First Counseling Session
All prospective counseling clients are required to review and sign important documents that explain our policies, privacy practices, and the counseling relationship. This protects both you and the clinician.

- 4.Telehealth Consent — If telehealth services are used, consent to remote counseling and associated risks
- 5.Professional Disclosure Statement — Information about the counselor's credentials, training, and approach
- 6.Financial Policy — Fees, cancellation policies, payment expectations, and insurance information
- 7.Record Retention & Destruction Policy — How records are maintained and when they are destroyed
