Professional Placeholder — Pending Legal Review. This document is a professional draft for operational guidance. It should be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel, and where applicable, by a licensed clinical professional, before publication as a final policy.
1.Certification Levels
The 7000 RPM Leadership Institute™ offers three certification levels, each representing increasing depth of formation and leadership development:
| Designation | Full Title | Level |
|---|---|---|
| CLFA™ | Certified Leadership Formation Associate™ | Associate |
| CRLP™ | Certified Relational Leadership Practitioner™ | Practitioner |
| CRLF™ | Certified Relational Leadership Fellow™ | Fellow |
2.Certification Requirements
Certification at any level requires successful completion of all of the following, as applicable to the tier:
- ·Completion of the Leadership Heart Alignment Assessment and placement review
- ·Registration and program fee payment
- ·Application review and approval by Institute administration
- ·Completion of assigned cohort program and formation sessions
- ·Completion of all required discipline assessments (Leadership Formation, Relationship Formation, Discipleship Formation)
- ·Completion of the assigned 90-day practicum period
- ·Submission of all required reflection journal entries
- ·Completion of assigned learning pathway milestones
- ·Demonstration of conduct consistent with Institute values throughout the program
- ·Administrative review and final approval by the Institute
3.No Automatic Certification
Certification is never automatic. Payment of fees, attendance at sessions, completion of coursework, or passage of the required program timeline does not guarantee certification.
Certification is granted only upon completion of all requirements AND explicit approval by the Institute administration. The Institute retains the right to decline certification at its discretion, including for conduct inconsistent with Institute values or failure to meet any single requirement.
4.Certification Review Process
Upon determination by the Institute system that a candidate has met all documented requirements, the candidate's file enters the certification review queue. The review process includes:
- ·Administrative review of all completion records
- ·Review of assessment results and practicum documentation
- ·Review of conduct and community standards compliance
- ·Final approval or denial by designated Institute administrator
- ·Notification to the candidate of the decision
- ·Issuance of certificate and digital badge upon approval
5.Certificate & Badge Use
Certified individuals may display their certification credentials in the following ways:
- ·Appending their certification designation (e.g., John Smith, CLFA™) in professional contexts
- ·Displaying the official digital badge issued by the Institute
- ·Referencing their certification on resumes, LinkedIn, and professional profiles
- ·Displaying their physical or digital certificate in professional settings
Misrepresentation of certification status, including displaying lapsed or revoked credentials, is grounds for revocation and may constitute fraud.
6.Certification Renewal
Certifications are issued for a defined period and require renewal to remain active. Renewal timelines and requirements will be communicated to certified members. Renewal typically involves:
- ·Continued membership in good standing with the Institute
- ·Completion of designated continuing formation or education requirements
- ·Attestation of ongoing professional conduct consistent with Institute values
- ·Payment of applicable renewal fee
- ·Administrative review and approval
Reminders are sent at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days before the renewal due date. Members who do not renew by the due date will have their certification marked as lapsed.
7.Revocation of Certification
The Institute reserves the right to revoke any certification for the following reasons:
- ·Misrepresentation of certification status or credentials
- ·Conduct that violates Institute community guidelines or values
- ·Discovery of misrepresentation or fraud in the original certification process
- ·Failure to renew certification within the applicable grace period
- ·Breach of intellectual stewardship policy (unauthorized use of Institute content)
- ·Other conduct deemed by the Institute to be incompatible with certification standards
Revocation decisions will be communicated in writing. Members may submit a written appeal within 30 days.
8.Certification Registry
The Institute maintains an internal registry of active, lapsed, and revoked certifications. Third parties may verify certification status by contacting the Institute directly at info@7000rpm.com.
